Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Roundup Builder, including the website, app, Stripe checkout, Pin Crafter, saved projects, and WordPress export features. By using Roundup Builder, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Roundup Builder is operated by Sphere Digital Solutions Ltd, company number 14923492, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Roundup Builder helps bloggers paste links, build editable roundup posts, create Pinterest-ready pin content, and export drafts to a connected WordPress site. The service is provided for business, blogging, and content workflow use.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
- You must not share your account in a way that avoids plan limits or security controls.
Free Account
- The free starter account currently includes 1 small roundup with up to 5 URLs and 1 Pin Crafter PNG export.
- The free starter account does not include WordPress export or paid-plan usage limits.
- We may change, pause, or remove free account limits to prevent abuse or protect the service.
Paid Plans and Billing
- Paid plans, add-ons, invoices, checkout, and the customer billing portal are handled by Stripe.
- Prices, billing intervals, discounts, and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
- You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal.
- If you upgrade, downgrade, or add Pin Crafter, Stripe may apply prorated credits or charges according to the checkout and portal settings.
International Customers
- Roundup Builder may be available to customers outside the United Kingdom, but availability can depend on Stripe, payment method support, sanctions rules, tax rules, and local legal requirements.
- Prices are shown in checkout before payment. Your bank, card provider, or payment method may apply currency conversion, foreign transaction fees, or local charges.
- Taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges may be added or handled through Stripe where required.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
Refunds and Cancellations
- You can cancel a subscription through the customer billing portal. Unless Stripe or the portal says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
- If a payment fails, access to paid features may be paused, downgraded, or cancelled.
Your Content
- You keep ownership of the URLs, text, images, prompts, edits, projects, and WordPress draft content you add to the service.
- You give Roundup Builder permission to process, store, display, transform, and export your content as needed to provide the service.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use, copy, edit, publish, or export third-party content, including images and text from submitted URLs.
AI Generated Content
- Roundup Builder may use AI features to help draft descriptions, titles, intros, and pin content.
- AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for your audience.
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving content before publishing it.
WordPress Export
- If you connect a WordPress site, you authorize Roundup Builder to use that connection to create draft posts and upload selected images when you request an export.
- You are responsible for the WordPress site, its credentials, permissions, plugins, hosting, and published content.
- You can disconnect WordPress access from the app or by changing access on your WordPress site.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Roundup Builder for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or spam-related activity.
- Do not submit URLs or content you do not have permission to process, copy, edit, or publish.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not interfere with the service or overload external websites with automated requests.
Service Availability
We work to keep Roundup Builder reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party provider issues, WordPress site issues, internet problems, or events outside our control. You can check service availability at status.roundupbuilder.com.
No Publishing Guarantee
Roundup Builder is a workflow tool. We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, revenue, affiliate performance, Pinterest performance, or publishing results.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that could harm Roundup Builder, other users, or third parties.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Roundup Builder is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific use case.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Roundup Builder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
