This Privacy Policy explains how Roundup Builder collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Roundup Builder app, website, Stripe checkout, Pin Crafter, and WordPress export features.

Roundup Builder is operated by Sphere Digital Solutions Ltd, company number 14923492, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Roundup Builder helps bloggers turn lists of links into editable roundup posts and Pinterest-ready content. Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your email address, name if you provide it, authentication details, and account status.
- Billing information handled through Stripe, including subscription status, plan, customer ID, invoices, and payment status. We do not store your full card number.
- Content you add to Roundup Builder, including URLs, roundup titles, copied text, generated content, selected images, saved projects, and Pin Crafter exports.
- WordPress connection details you choose to save, so the app can create draft posts on the WordPress site you connect.
- Usage, device, browser, log, security, and diagnostic information needed to run, protect, debug, and improve the service.
- Support messages and any information you send when you contact us.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To provide Roundup Builder, Pin Crafter, saved projects, WordPress draft export, and related app features.
- To process subscriptions, plan changes, cancellations, invoices, and payment events through Stripe.
- To process URLs, images, and written prompts so the app can generate roundup content and pin content.
- To monitor usage limits, prevent abuse, keep the service secure, and troubleshoot errors.
- To answer support requests and send important service messages.
- To improve the service, measure reliability, and understand which features need work.
Service Providers
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and account-related records.
- Stripe for payments, subscriptions, checkout, invoices, refunds, and the customer billing portal.
- OpenAI for AI-assisted content generation when you use features that generate or rewrite text.
- Vercel for hosting, deployments, and application logs.
- Better Stack for uptime monitoring and the public status page.
- WordPress sites you connect, when you ask Roundup Builder to export a draft post.
Cookies and Similar Technology
- We use cookies, local storage, and similar technology where needed for login sessions, security, preferences, and core app functionality.
- We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies in the app.
- Your browser may let you block or delete cookies, but some account features may stop working if required session cookies are disabled.
Your Rights
- You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal information associated with your account.
- You can ask us to limit or object to certain processing where applicable law gives you that right.
- You can cancel your paid subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
- To make a privacy request, email support@roundupbuilder.com from the email address connected to your account.

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we process personal information because it is needed to provide the service you request, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, because we need to comply with legal obligations, or because you have given consent for a specific use.
Retention
We keep account, project, usage, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. You can ask us to delete account data, but some records may need to be kept where required by law or for legitimate business records.
